I absolutely love my new steam mop. I have literally cleaned everything in my home. My floors feel amazing! I rent and honestly no matter how much I clean it just doesnt do it for me, especially with the fact that they painted my tub....yes painted. I sprayed down my tub with cleaner and used the handheld part of the steamer with one of the brush attachments and watched it finally come clean to my expectations.I used to own a shark steam mop (just a mop no attachments) which my ex kept but to be completely honest this one is so much better than that one and I love how you can put deterdent in it as well. The bottle that is included smells very lovely, fresh and clean

Easy to assemble and use. The brushes that come with the unit are sub-par to say the least. Used the ""grout" brush in a small area and the bristles just flatten to nothing. As well as the round brush. They need to step it up and get some good brushes. Also had to constantly hold down the steam button to get any cleaning. Manual says that steam button is to be uses intermittently. Well that was not the case. Company stood behind their guarentee and refunded my money. 5 stars for that 3 stars on a poor overall product.

For the price this steam mop cant be beat. It is nice and light so its easy to move around. It also comes with a lot of accessories so it can clean a ton of different things. The water tank doesn't hold much water but it also doesn't use a ton of water like most machines. I wet the pad first and then put it on the machine. I found that really helps with getting the floor really clean. I would definitely recommend this steam mop to friends and family!

Bought this over the Bissel and a few others since I saw the company support was so good. This is my first steam cleaner so I can't speak about others quality compared to this one. I steamed my rubber floors in the basement and the grout floor in the bathroom and it worked awesome. The manual said to use the steam button intermittently, but I hold it most of the time to get the floor nice and clean. I don't think the steam it puts off is that hot, but I have only touched the floors where it was after sitting for 2-3 seconds.As for the guy talking about the attachments sucking, idk what you were doing with your grout brush but mine worked fine. It is definitely not for scrubbing since the bristles are soft, but its good at agitating any stuck in dirt and grime. You could always use the steam jet attachment to steam the grout and get a firm bristle brush from amazon to scrub the grout really hard.Overall I am happy and would buy this again, I've only used it once so I can't speak for durability but it does get my floors clean and that's all I'm looking for. Buying this for 60$ is way better than scrubbing the hell out of my floor with a swiffer.

I like this steamer. To switch to the handheld is super easy. I also like that it stands up on it own. I’m happy that I purchased this particular steamer. Improvements could be a longer cord. Also the microfiber cloths should be thicker.

I wanted to love this so bad but I'm very disappointed. It worked really well the first couple weeks then when using the handheld I was having issues with the pressure and steam. I thought maybe I had the nozzle on qrong so I tried it another way. It worked better but only for a short time. I figured out how it went on since the manual doesnt specify how to attach it. But it would only work well randomly. Then the clip that holds the attachment onto the steamer broke. So it will not stay on right. Steam spews from the side I have to hold it on and rig it but that doesn't last long either. Now my window to return it is closed and I'm really bummed I didn't put out a lil more money to get a better one.

This is the first thing out of the 100s I’ve bought from amazon that I absolutely hate it doesn’t work like it’s supposed to and it is just the worst $55 I’ve ever spent

Plastic is concerning, when heating up product and used for more than a few minutes plastic starts to soften. The attachments are the same but more fragile. The attachments and this unit will not hold up to use for very long. The mop area that cleans the floor has plastic that starts to get soft when used for more than 5 minutes. I'm returning this product, really wanted to like.
