Great quality mirror. Swivels and swings easily. I had it installed by an electrician (hard wired). On/off switch works fine, nice illumination.

Quick summary.... the light in this fixture is almost useless. Everyone is correct, purchase a 100watt equivalent Candelabra base LED light of between 300k and 5000k and you will love it. There is a LOT of room for the bulb so don't worry about thst. The oil rubbed bronze finish is BEAUTIFUL. The complete mirror assembly is very well built and sturdy. All of the joints have access covers to tighten or repair the wiring if ever needed. I purchased an oil rubbed mirror and will purchase another mirror very soon for another bathroom. This fixture will last a long time. Please note... the switch on the oil rubbed bronze is silver and yes it does look a bit out of place. I'm going to look for a plastic knob cover to go over the switch if I can.

This is a decent quality cosmetic mirror. I like that it has a 1x magnification on one side and 8x on other side and you can just flip mirror around on its swinging holder to change views. Only critique is that there is only one brightness level for the built-in light. Not a big issue and knew it going in, but seems it could have been better with an adjustable light intensity

I wavered on 10x magnification and 8x. The 8x lets you see your whole face up close. This light won't replace additional needed light in your bathroom but definitely is an added plus. It's a little stiff in movement as other reviewers have noted. This may remedy itself over time. My handyman wired it so that it turns on with the main light switch. Very classy. I feel like I'm at a fine hotel.

This mirror was a lot bulkier than I expected. The bulb they provide is useless, does not give enough light, I'm looking to replace it with an LED that will hopefully provide better light. The 8X magnification does not work as well as my 10X magnification mirror but since I had a hard time finding a lighted magnification mirror in gold, this one will have to suffice.

This mirror is well built, attractive. It includes a magnifying mirror as well as a regular mirror and lighting.

I have been wanting a mirror like this for many years. This one is great. It is sturdy and easy to mount if you are little handy. Jerdon customer service is tops! They are very responsive and knowledgeable , a rare thing these days.
