Initially when received, all lights remained red even with no batteries. I cycled power and restarted the charging process and everything worked and still works fine. FYI the device charges to 4.2 +/- .15 volts so you wont get a green light until this voltage level is achieved. Many of these charges are like this and I don't see any problem with it. Battery and Charger remain cool temp wise during charging and since you are charging from a USB charger I don't foresee an electrical overcharge potential or safety issues with this product.

I bought this to replace the 4 battery charger that I've had for the past 5 years. I was short on money but desperately needed a charger, so after reading the reviews, I went for it. I've had it now for about 2 weeks and I'm really surprised!! It works exactly as it should. I'm charging 4 18650 batteries for my e-cig and I always have a fresh pair of charged batteries ready to go. This charger does take several hours to charge, but if you charge at night while you sleep, then you will always have a fresh set. I give this charger 5 stars. Shipping was fast, it's very easy to set up, and use. I've had ZERO issues with it at all!!!

I've been using this for almost 2 months. It's not as fast as I hoped it would be but for the price is not bad. I've used a much faster charger but it was admittedly much more expensive. The plug fits rather loosely in the adapter so it gets knocked out fairly easy, no matter what I plug it into. I bought a few extra batteries on sale so I don't really need a super fast charger. I have enough now that I don't need to have a set in the charger all the time anymore.

Great battery charger. Easy to use as you can see I already have 2 batteries charging. Red light means charging and green light means done charging. I vape all day so I always need an extra set of batteries on hand. This is perfect for my needs. Came overnight too! Amazon's 4 shipping takes the cake. Amazing sevice all around!

I am so disappointed with this charger. Over the past 2 weeks, it was slower charging. I also had to constantly plug it in and out as it would stop charging. I should have returned it, but I wanted to give it a chance. Unfortunately, I missed the return window by 1 day. It never charged fast, but for the price, I did not expect a lot. I guess my expectations were correct. I decided to spend money on a well rated charger now and get rid of this one. I hate leaving a bad review, but this charger really should have lasted longer than 2 months. Lesson learned.
