I like this device better than I thought I would. The voice quality, both sending and receiving, is extremely clear. Pairs easily with my Samsung Galaxy S4 and always stays connected. Will be purchasing another soon for other cars in the famlly.

I bought 3 of these devices for Christmas and none of them stay connected to the smartphones. The only way to get them to work is to actually go in and pair the device every time you want to use it. In our family we have three different bluetooth hands-free devices and this is the only one that does not work properly.

sound is no better than if I just used the speaker on my phone.

I received this handsfree kit as a gift and it works really well.I have used it in two ways:-the performance in my car is great! In addition my car is a convertible and on the highway with the top down and the windows up the performance is just as good. And as important people hear me clearly too!-Second, I have a home office and the speakerphone on my Motorola mobile phone is not loud enough. I have started using the Grundig as a Bluetooth speakerphone on conference calls and the volume and clarity is way better.Because I am using it in my office and in the car, I am glad I can charge it on my computer and also have the car charger too.

Easy to use, very lightweight. No worries about getting tickets talking on my phone anymore. Was very easy to setup and connect to my phone
