Dinosaur Train InterAction Cretoxyrhina

My son (2.5 yrs) received this as a valentines day present. He was very excited as soon as he opened it; he has many of the other dinosaur train interaction toys.The Cretoxyrhina interacts with Boris and the rest of the gang with singing, talking and short educational facts about his species. It is easy enough for a toddler to activate, and the multiple points of interaction on the toy keeps the toy interesting for my son. If the batteries for this last as long as the other dinosaur train interaction toys have I will be very pleased. They really haven't been toys that go through batteries quickly. Another plus is that this group of toys are pretty durable, my son can be pretty rough on his toys and we haven't had any of the dinosaur train interaction toys break yet.The only possible downside to this toy is the size, it isn't small, but at the same time it isn't really one of the medium sized dinosaur interaction toys either; kind of like a small-medium, so I really think the price is a little on the high side considering I only paid $15.00 for his other medium sized dinosaurs and $25.00 for Boris the T-Rex. Overall though my son and I are very pleased.

I bought this Mr. Cretoxyrhina, the Buddy, and the Tiny for my 3 year old daughter and she just loves them! She turns them all on then flips through the phrases until they all sing the theme song together, and she sings with them. She loves the motions each one has and even repeats back the little facts that they say about themselves. I want to get her more of these great toys, too. I hope to get her all of the main characters.This Cretoxyrhina is a good size and seems very durable. She loves to make him bite everything, and she talks to him as he talks with the others.All in all these were an excellent buy and I would recommend them to anyone!

This is a joke. I bought this toy for my autistic brother that just loves dinosaur train. Not only did it not come in it’s original packaging, but it came with scuff marks all over it and a rattling noise when you shake it. This was obviously not new. I can’t believe this. That was one of his Christmas gifts. I expect to be sent a new one as a replacement. I did not just spend $60 on a toy for it to be previously owned. Only after I received it did I realized it had been used.

Our son LOVES the Dinosaur Train characters. These interactive toys are very neat. They are larger than expected (which is good) and are made from a heavy plastic material. They have held up to lots of play. I would definitely buy again and will likely buy others if I see them available.

My son loves playing with this toy, I got it for his 3rd birthday and he still likes to play with it (turning 5 now).

I bought a couple of these interactive dinosaur train toys and I must say they worked exactly as stated. I bought them for a 2 year old and a year later he still uses them and they haven't broken. The voices are really clear and fun. I am not familiar with the tv show but he was and recognized them easily.

All the Dinosaur Train Interaction Toys are awesome! They are educational in the sense that they blurt out fun facts about their species type. And if you put them all together they interact with one another singing, roaring and conversing :) I would highly recommend these toys!

It is expensive and I would only buy it if the recipient is into dinosaur train. My boy said he wanted mr cretoxiryna for his birthday so I think it's worth the money. It's well enough made . It's survived the school trip and being force fed other dinosaurs, some of the paint has worn off, but not to a degree I would mark it down. In a nutshell he absolutely loves it, which is kind of the point.

my son is obsessed with sharks so this review was always going to be positive, but on a whole we were impressed with the product. Lots of sounds for him to listen to, its fun to play with and keeps him entertained. Only trouble is keeping him from trying to take it in the bath but we were always going to have that problem. would recommend it to others to buy.
