Texture - Hard Crunchy, crispy, breaks down into flakes, no grit, it doesn’t stick much. Lovely and easy texture to chew. Taste - Typical cement taste but the flavor is enhanced due to the extra roasting. Have the dirt and basement smell while chewing. Stronger roasted flavor.
