I ordered because I liked the black. It’s more modern looking to me. All pieces were included. Comes with instructions. Seems very fool proof to install.

The lock came well packaged, and all parts protected with a plastic wrap. The surfaces have a smooth finish.I wanted to install the lock as a replacement for an existing lock and had the door holes already in place -- unfortunately something did not work out -- I got the lock and latch in and it was functioning as long as I did not tighten the screws. At that point the lock jammed.The manual (which is a copied letter size paper sheet) that comes with the lock is detailed and clear and offers a template -- I have made sure everything was as described but may be the existing door hole dimensions were slightly different than the lock requires.I also have to mention that I have another package with the visually identical lock and packaging, but from another seller, and that latch is the piece that looks a little different, it is even a bit thicker, however, actually that one doesn't fit my door hole at all. Maybe the same lock, but a different manufacturing date and process or the locks are manufactured in multiple factories, anyhow, I had no luck with both locks for different incompatibilities.I will not blame the lock; however, I never had an issue with changing locks in the past and an existing door with pre-drilled holes is a quite normal situation. Also, there's no fault on the seller's side. It is probably my door(s) and their existing holes, but I do not want to change them for further attempts to install.In the process of install attempts and after the lock jammed, I couldn't get the tail piece out without damage; it was bent.

I was a little disappointed in this since it looked like exactly what I needed. The size and color as well as the quality seemed to be fine. The problem is that you need the key to operate it. From one side you can turn the knob no problem and it works fine to open or close, but the other side does not turn. That knob is fixed and you can only use the key to turn it. The key and lock would be fine if it worked like most where the key locks it but when unlocked you can still turn it to open. But to only be able to turn it or open it with the key is pretty odd in my opinion. Including 3 keys does not make it any better since within a few years you are going to have a problem when you have no key, it will no longer work at all.

We have a pocket style ‘hidden’ door and this locking handle is perfect for us! We have teenagers and we love that we can secure our bedroom door when we are out of town and the teens are home with friends over. We have a variety of items from medication to alcohol to firearms(they’re in a locked cabinet, but it has a glass front), so being able to add the extra layer of security by just locking our door keeps the prying eyes out. The product is made of a durable metal and has a nice matte black finish. Definitely recommend.

This lock has a great design,and looks very stylish, it seems pretty sturdy too; it's actually perfect for my home. It comes with 3 keys, vs the standard 2. You will need to drill your own holes if the door isn't pre-drilled. It does not come with any of the tools needed to drill holes or backset the hardware, so keep that in mind.

This sliding door lock has great appearance and looks very nice once is install.Inside the box you will receive the installation instruction, template and all necessary hardware to install the door lock.The reason I score this door lock with one star is because the lock mechanism arrives with issue, and I was not able to use the lock part of the door lock which is the main reason of the item.I hope this is an isolate case because look super nice once the install is complete.Note: No tools to complete the installation are included.

Great door lock and easy to install.

I used this in an office setting they needed a lock on. Can’t really find these with keyed locks locally. It was easy to set up like any other pocket door latch. Looks great too
