It's silent, it looks nice, it has the proper settings (for rotational direction and turns per day), and it seems to work as advertised.The only problem is that the inserted piece that holds the watch in place is not large enough to snugly hold my men's watch with a metal bracelet. I have an Omega with one link in the bracelet removed. It's way too loose around the insert. It does come with a little black disc you can put under the watch to help with this problem. But even with that disc, the watch still does not fit firmly. It just barely worked, with the watch sort of sinking with each rotation. My solution was to fold up the cleaning cloth it comes with and stuff that along with the disc under the watch. With that, the watch fits well and stays in place. But of course that's not an ideal situation.

It’s cheaply made. Poor quality
